Farewell Michele, welcome Alex!
The end of September was a sad time for those of us that work in the Queensland based office. Our much loved and respected Registered Training Organisation Manager, Michele Eisenhuth, resigned her position after nearly seven years service.
Michele was commuting an hour and a half each way from her home to the office and she made a decision to take a new role much closer to home. Michele has been instrumental in taking the RTO from modest beginnings to one of the premier providers of dance related nationally accredited training in Australia and her dedication and tenacity will be sorely missed. We wish her all the best in her future endeavours.
On Monday 24 October we welcomed our new RTO Manager. His name is Alex Black and he comes to ATOD with many years experience in the world of Vocational Education and Training which included a stint working for ASQA, the government’s regulatory body for RTOs in Australia. Obviously Alex will take some time to settle in and understand the systems and dynamics of ATOD and I’m sure you will join me in welcoming him to the ATOD community.
RTO Information Session
An information session about the courses on offer through our RTO was held on the evening of Sunday 16 October. One session was for studio owners and current teachers and one for prospective students with both sessions well attended. For people who weren’t able to make the live sessions, they have been recorded and are available for free by emailing rto@atod.net.au. The link to the recording will be provided.
